You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Planwright on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Planwright grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your internal business purposes.

2.2 AI-Generated Content

Our AI systems generate code suggestions and development assistance. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated content before use in production environments.

2.3 Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your code and content. By using our services, you grant Planwright a license to process your content solely to provide and improve our services. We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models.

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

4.1 Subscription Plans

Paid features require a subscription. Pricing, features, and terms for each plan are described on our pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.3 Refund Policy

PLANWRIGHT'S SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLANWRIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

6.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Planwright harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

7.1 Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

7.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Planwright regarding the use of our services.
